A collection of bands that you don't know yet - but should.
Apologies for the random hiatus! You see, a Creature Of Unusual Size has taken up residence under the admin’s computer desk, making her completely unwilling to go anywhere near the computer! (She’s actually posting this update from her phone!)
Anyways, she’s hired a guy to come kill the COUS for her tomorrow (along with any other unwanted critters in the house) so updates should resume in a couple of days! We have a couple of cool new artists we’re looking at to post, but as always, feel free to submit an underground band yourself, be it your band, a friend’s, or just one yo want to see get some recognition!
Sorry for the delay, and rock on!

(PS - to the two winners of the contest, no I am not cheating you out of your prizes, I’m just unable to get to my desk because whenever I try, I get terrorized by the COUS. And the Tumblr app won’t let me send messages. It is a bad app and it should feel bad. Anyways, promise, once the COUS dead and gone, I’ll be getting in touch with y’all to send your prizes out!)
It was pretty easy to do, too, considering we had 2 prizes and only 2 entrants! (Seriously, though, what’s with that? We had a bunch of new followers pop in during the contest, but only two reblogged to enter!)
The runner-up winner of the Cerebellion sticker pack is the-littlelionman!
The first place winner, earning herself a copy of Cerebellion’s debut album “Inalienable,” is doctorharleenquinzell!
Congrats to both winners! The user tahthetrickster will be getting in contact with you soon to discuss shipping your prizes to you.
Thanks for playing, and welcome to all our new followers!
Rock on!

Due to a sudden issue, I will not have access to a computer tomorrow, which was the date that I had intended to select the contest winners. Instead, the winners will be announced on the 6th. Rest assured, the contest ends today, still, but the winners will be announced two days later than intended; people participating in the contest tomorrow will not be eligible.
You are, of course, welcome to enter or participate in the contest today, still, if you would like.
Sorry for the delay.
Rock on!

Derek J. Huckel - Sludge Factory
“With a sound sitting comfortably between both beauty and aggression, As Silence Breaks have made a sound both unique yet highly accessible.”
AAA Entertainment - Metal as Fuck
This is “Condemned to Inferno,” from As Silence Breaks’ new EP “The Inferno.”
I don’t care what you believe
You’re free to worship whatever you please
But if you bring the fight to my door
I’ll fight for all those that you have ignored
I stand for what is just and true
I would destroy all and see things renewed
I stand for what is just and true
I would destroy all and see things renewed
I’ll tear you limb from fucking limb
You’ll wish you’d never been born this day
The world sits on the edge of a knife
Everything we are rots with decay
Who is to say what is wrong and what is right
The only truth is the rising sun and darkened night
I’ll tear you limb from fucking limb
You’ll wish you’d never been born this day
Certain doom is upon us for sure
Everything we are is slipping away
I stand for what is just and true
I would destroy all and see things removed
I stand for what is just and true
I would destroy all and see things renewed
From opposing ideology
Came the next weapons of war
Our planet will never find peace
With bodies strewn across the floor
We’re just barbarians
We’re just apathetic souls
We’re just barbarians
Condemned to inferno
We’re just barbarians
Condemned to inferno

In an era where guttural vocals and Drop tuned guitars have become the norm, Atlanta based metal band Tetrarch comes as a much-needed relief. Combining the thrash roots of Metallica with the melodies of Iron Maiden, Tetrarch is determined to bring back the sounds of the old with a new school twist.
Formed in 2006 by Josh Fore, Diamond Rowe, and Tyler Wesley, Tetrarch has taken the GA music scene by storm playing well over 100 shows in the past two and a half years.
“Sounds good guys, keep it up!” -Mark Rafferty (Hellyeah, Hatebreed/Roadrunner)
“Good stuff! You’re going in the right direction and sound like you can all play your shit well.” -Paolo Gregoletto (Trivium/Roadrunner Records)
This is “The Will to Fight,” from Tetrarch’s latest EP “The Will to Fight.”
Scream to me
Your silence chills the air, now feel me breathe
Watch the world become my throne
Have you done it again?
Thrown out every moment we spent
Am I the only one?
Or just a pawn in the endless cycle
You spend your life running
From those that make you show
Anger and tensions growing
Cut ties and just let go
Pushed me away the last time
I’m leaving you so won’t you come and
Scream to me
Your silence chills the air, now feel me breathe
Watch the world become my throne
Drowning
In every single lie you’ve fed to me
All that’s left is just a ghost
Have we fallen apart?
No way we can survive
What are you doing here?
You’ve turned your back too many times
Pushed me away the last time
I’m leaving you so won’t you come and
Scream to me
Your silence chills the air, now feel me breathe
Watch the world become my throne
Drowning
In every single lie you’ve fed to me
All that’s left is just a ghost
Wasted my life tried to please you
What did I get in return?
Dead to me
You are dead to me
Scream to me
Your silence chills the air, now feel me breathe
Watch the world become my throne
Drowning
In every single lie you’ve fed to me
All that’s left is just a ghost
Scream to me
Your silence chills the air, now feel me breathe
Watch the world become my throne
Dead to me
You are dead to me
